- 전기자동차용 Battery module, On board charger 등에 사용되는 Gap filler, Potting, Coating ===> Main
- 자동차 door 등에 사용되는 Structural adhesive
- 전자부품(PCB, motor 등)에 사용되는 Potting
- 반도체 사업 등에 사용되는 Potting
2. 담당업무 :

Summary statement of what the position is designed to accomplish.
The incumbent will provide technical advice to the sales team to implement, develop and successfully sell products or service solutions that will meet the customer's needs. The activities include analyzing customer's technical needs, suggesting solutions, resolving implementation problems and conducting products training to theinternal and external customers. He/ She will collect and analyze information from customers to understand their business and technical needs; develop technical proposals of how the organization's products and services can meet customer needs and be integrated and implemented with the customer's existing products, equipment and systems; develop and deliver presentations to respond any technical questions regarding the organization's product, system, or service to the internal and external customers;estimate the costs, resources, time, and technical requirements of modifying, configuring, and installing the organization's products and services to meet customer needs; liaise with engineers to ensure that products and services are modified, configured, and installed according to customer needs;respond tocustomerquestions and troubleshoot; investigate and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation; train customers on the features of the product or service they have purchased.

This person reports to Sales and Business Development Manager, APS. The incumbent will support selected business technical service programs and application development to assure successful growth in selected market segments with existing and/ or new product offerings. He/ She is responsible for responding to the general customersinquiries in both verbal and written way, and completing associated follow up activities. He/ She will conduct, interpret and document Technical Service Requests (TSRs); visit customer facilities with Sales Manager, or alone, to provide technical assistance, conduct field trail and production start-up, troubleshoot problems, coordinate with QA/ QC, demonstrate application techniques, responsible for project presentation and recommendation, and provide technical training and / or guidance.

Initiate and execute technical service project assignments to support market development. Responsible for project presentation and recommendation including lab notebook, project updates, monthly reports updates, drawings, schematics and technical reports updates.
Lead project assignments of low-to-medium complexity and effect the successful transfer of prototypes to commercialization. Team member for one or more product development projects to conduct internal and external validation testing of prototype materials, support commercialization of new products, and provide technical training and/ or guidance to the team leaders in the area of applications development.
Compile, interpret, make recommendations, report results in Technical Service Requests (TSRs), and report project results through monthlies, technical reports and project plans.
Develop in-depth understanding of customers' Technical Service Requests (TSRs) through direct communication and field personnel. Communicate program priorities, timing and recommendations with internal and external customers to insure a smooth flow of information and maintain timeliness.
Provide technical support and make recommendations to the key customers by observing customer facilities and problems to evaluate and determine causes of potential and/ or immediate problems.
Actively participate with customers on professional society activities. Act as experienced technical professional to provide technical consultative services to internal and external customers.
Frequently interact and guide internal and external customers to optimum solutions for both Parker LORD and customers. Develop and set with customers' needs and requirements for major projects.
Propose and develop novel techniques and concepts, with respect to formulations, process, products or customer interactions.
Promote an established technical vision for major new initiatives. Pro-actively drive the mapping of Parker LORD technology development with the needs of Parker LORD's major customers and/or markets.
Initiate, perform and oversee semi-routine to complex in nature laboratory assignments/ programs with diverse skills in laboratory operations and procedures to evaluate products.
Attempt to bring new technology and processes into the technical community from universities, vendors and competitors. Utilize technical literature and contacts to improve and support technical work.
Provide technical training/guidance to internal and external customers, including entry professional level employees and/or less experienced colleagues.
Attempt to provide strategic input on technical direction, and seek out, identify and define activities/programs that support and further Parker LORD's business opportunities.
Follow standard procedures and systems carrying out extensive laboratory experimentation to design new laboratory techniques.
Follow and maintain guidelines for laboratory equipment, supplies, training procedures and records according to Quality System standards.

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AN EMPLOYEE MUST MEET
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE JOB

Typically reqires a minimum of 5-8 years related experience.
Bachelors' Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related or engineering/technical field discipline.
Solid experienced in laboratory practices to exercise a good level of chemical laboratory safety awareness. Able to handle hazardous chemical safely.
Solid experienced in using basic laboratory equipments.
Proven records for working efficiently across various functional groups.
Work effectively and efficiently across various functional groups.
Process good written, oral communication and presentation skills.
Good technical reporting capability, and computer software and database skills.
Fluent in Korean and English.
Able to travel (both global and domestic), including flying, driving, taking bus and train, etc. as required.

Master's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related engineering/technical field is preferable.
Experience in lab quality system.
Knowledgeable in Industry Procedures.

Remarkable memory for customers' technical service requests.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills in various technical service project assignments.
Good technical writing skills.
