[채용개요] 1. 채용직무 : EMG Sales Engineer * EMG : Engineered Materials Group 2. 담당업무 : 1) Responsible for sales and marketing activity of seal products business unit through direct and distribution sales in Korea 1) Report to Sales Manager. Works with direct customers, distribution, and field sales for seal division products. 2) Basic business analysis : Sales anaysis, Promotion analysis. Projects review 3) Basic research analysis : Latest trend analysis, Competitor products and price anaysis 4) Customer understanding : Focus on customer needs such as new products, problem and so on 5) Marketing plan development : Annual and long term marketing plan, New products launch, Create new market place 6) Direct Sales to Automotive market key customers (Contitech, Mhale, Inergy Automotive) and Mobile Marketend user (HHI, Doosan Infracore, Motrol) 1) Manage and coordinate activities in the areas of marketing development, technical and quality support to the directly accounts and all related job support with any customers. 2) Serve as product consultant (such as presentation) to distributers and any kind of customers. 3) Develop creative market field, potential customer and evaluated customer service. 4) Pioneer to create new market place and products to any available and potential customers. 5) Prepare for monthly and annual expected sales 6) Creates and conducts training programs and promotional programs for seal products. 7) Develop and maintain major OEM accounts business, Set up and manage distributors network. 8) Analyze target markets and applications for seal products 9) Manage rice lists for seal product lines 10) Manage the support for the customers such as the leadtime, quotation, technical & quality support and processing customer's purchase order. 11) Analysis and management on new released products against the competitors and market share. 12) Creates and conduct training programs and promotional programs for seal products. 13) Produces promotional materials and catalogs as approved in annual budgeting process. 14) Prepare for the SEMICON KOREA & OFFSHORE Exhibitions annually. 1) Four year college degree with material engineering major preferred or equivalent experience. 2) At least 6 years technical sales experience. 3) Knowledge of basic chemical/mechanical engineering theory and best customer service. 4) Excellent communications, interpersonal and project management skills. 5) Computer literate, including familiarly with Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office/Windows. 6) Highly motivated goal oriented and responsible. 3. 자격조건 : 1) 관련분야 경력 6년이상 (총 경력 6~11년) 2) 영어 중상급 이상 (업무관련 영어 사용 가능자) 4. 직급 : 과장 5. 경력 : 6~11년 6. 학력 : 학사이상 7. 근무지 : 경기 성남시 판교 8. 제출서류 : 브레인센터 이력서 (첨부파일) 또는 개인 이력서 (워드파일) |
