[담당업무] 1) New business winning activities 2) Quotation & price maintenance 3) Customer management & response
1) New business winning activities : - Market research & analysis for new projects - Conduct business updates & review to align with KOSTAL business strategies - Coordination between Korean customers and KOSTAL departments - Identify new sales account and business opportunities - Competitor watch
2) Quotation & price maintenance : - Receive RFQ’s, cost analysis, quotation preparation and reporting - Respond to customers‘ inquiries - VA/VE(Value Analysis/Value Engineering) proposal - Review engineering change costs and set up customer prices - Maintain annual price changes - Quotation & price maintenance - Establish and execute program timelines, milestones and program commitments made with the customer. - Support development and manage every issue related to project timing & development. - Manage/ensure the following processes are executed: Proto, Pilot & SOP orders and delivery, request material from customer, respond & control issue for each event. - Lead the Project Team to achieve continuous improvement of project development & customer satisfaction. - Consult, support and manage each project team to meet the requirements of the customers during the development phase. - Manage program status updates and share information to project team members (China & Korea) on time.
3) Customer management & response: - Visit customers to identify customers' requirements, to pass the information and to lead the projects - Get integrated information of customers, including production plan, organization chart, personnel adjustment, investment proportion so as for the company to take relevant action. - Develop potential customers and make relationship with them in time - Express culture/service of KOSTAL to establish good relationship with customers - Support customers‘ visit to KOSTAL locations - Coordinate and communicate with internal departments including Engineering, Quality, Logistics, etc. for customer satisfaction

[지원자격] 1. A bachelor’s degree or above. 2. At least ten(10)-year experience of automotive electrical & electronic part industry (experience in sales, costing or project development). 3. Working knowledge of APQP is plus 4. Good command of both written & oral English, Chinese is preferred. (Chinese is plus) 5. Good command of PC operation and MS Office software. (especially Excel) 6. Nationality: Korean
