1. 채용직무 : Materials Leader (Production Planner)
2. 담당업무 :
Position Summary:
Responsible for all VSs (Mobile HYD , Industrial HYD , Pneumatics , EM&D) Manufacturing Control function for Parker Korea.
Supervises the day-to-day activities in material management to ensure inventory levels and material flow meets current and future production needs.
Scope/Supervision & Interaction
This job has supervisory responsibilities up to VSs (Mobile HYD , Industrial HYD , Pneumatics , EM&D) JA location of MSDK.
Production schedule for all product management, production planning, production-line support for problems.
Directly manage Production group and report to Operation Manager.
Closely work with Operation manager to decide future direction of production and routine troubleshooting, also other department.
Essential Functions:
- Utilize direct and indirect manpower and manage with most efficiently way to maximize goal of productivity, customer service, reducing cost.
- Establishes and maintains premier customer service.
- Ensures the operation has adequate inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics.
- Monitor inventory movement and inventory level and feedback to SCM.
- Responsible for inventory control and material flow system from procurement of material to customer delivery
Qualifications:
- Understanding Manufacturing process and procedure with 5years experience.
- Must have Demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively work with people in a team environment.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal.
- Understanding of computer including ERP data base structure and EXCEL, Power Point, Word to provide efficient way to manage.
- Knowledge of Lean enterprise principles and practices.
- Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
3. 자격조건 : SCM 부서가 아닌 생산관리로 전반적인 생산일정을 관리하고 생산과 관련된 Planning 및 생산성 향상 및 생산 인원 관리 등을 하는 포지션입니다.
1) 관련분야 경력 5년이상
2) 자동차 관련업종 생산관리(생산계획) 경력자 우대
3) 영어 중급 이상 (업무관련 영어 사용 가능자)
4. 직급 : 대리~과장
5. 경력 : 5년이상 (35세전후 선호)
6. 학력 : 학사이상
7. 근무지 : 화성시 장안Plant
