[담당업무]
*** Overall Kostal Connector Technical work in Korea office
- In-depth knowledge of Kostal Connector products. Maintain competitive knowledge and focus.
- Understanding customer needs and provide suitable solution.
- Understand Kostal Connector’s existing portfolio, and able to present Kostal Connector to customers and answer customer questions.
- Expertise of KKS tools / process (CDB, e-catalogue, SAP, powerpoint tool, sample order / checking process )
- Gather the Current Korean Market Status and Investigate the long term plan of the OEM
- Hold and f/up joint inspection with HKMC. (Purchasing, R&D, quality engineer in HKMC visit to supplier.)
- Attend seminar of development status inspection and prepare relevant documents
- Implement customer approach plan.
- Develop the KKS Marketing Plan built on insights and business strategies to grow and maintain the long term business in Korea
- Achievement of existing product
- Achievement one new non-carryover project.
- Efficient escalation and troubleshooting (according to hierarchy level, and further escalation if needed)
- Build / maintain relationship / partnership with key accounts
- Manage development process and workproducts.
- Follow up open issues and keep track of internal activities.
[지원자격]
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant degree.
- Above 5 years Connector design or development experience in Automotive industry or similar field.
- Excellent writing and oral communication skills in both English and Korean are essential to communicate with subsidiaries in overseas
- Knowledge of MS Office.
