* SUMMARY
Quality Engineering: Interfacing between Korea customers and Kostal overseas plants for new development & serial production management on automotive electronics and mechan-ical products
* Main Responsibility
1. Assures manufacturing processes and completed products meet customer requirements.
① To follow up customer production line, strictly control the happening and re-port of NG parts
② Timely deal with warranty field claim and 0 KM NG parts and customer com-plaints
③ Distinguish failure parts and feedback failure information to related depart-ment and engineers
④ Leading quality problem solving with customer and analysis of return parts with overseas teams & engineering team.
⑤ Setting up containment action plan and improvement plan
2. PPAP/ISIR Approval
① Performing internal process audit and audit with customer.
② Approval document preparation with overseas teams.
③ Obtaining PPAP/ISIR approval from customer for new launching and changes of serial production product.
3. Testing & field investigation
① Supporting of HKMC ES/ MS Testing.
② Vehicle Co-investigation with customer at field.
4. And more
① Actively communicate with Korea OEM quality engineers. Build and maintain good relationship with Korea OEM
② Be able to arrange company superior’s visit to Korea OEM engineers and lead-ers
③ Complete the work which is temporarily disposed by the superior
④ Comply with the company’s rules.
* Responsibility Scope
1. Give suggestion about quality issue solution to internal management and suppliers. Timely deal with customer complaints and feedback to the company quality department.
2. Do deep quality analysis with related departments and promote the submission of 8D report when customer complaints happen.
3. Internal contact--- sales/production/quality department, feedback information and moni-tor the corrective action.
4. External contact--- customers.
5. Actively organize and participate the discussion of quality issue.
* Education, Experience & Knowledge:
1. BS in engineering field.
2. Experience in quality assurance / advance quality / customer quality.
3. Minimum of 5 years of Quality Engineering experience in high volume manufacturing (automotive serial production and launching experience preferred)
4. Supplier quality experience (PPAP, Quality Issues, Audit)
5. Good command of both written & speaking in English (Chinese is preferred)
6. No limitation for the oversea travel
* Key Competencies:
1. Good knowledge in Electronic part.
2. Experience in Power Electronic field.
