[담당업무] ? Network & Voice System Management - WAN, LAN, SNT (Secure Network Topology) & VLAN Management - Remote LAN access management - PABX and telephone system management ? Server System and Data Management - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, E-Mail service management - SAN storage, Data backup & restore management ? Service Delivery and Quality Management - Building?up standardized service products - Developing implementation and delivery plan - Monitoring and controlling service quality based on KPIs. ? Project Management - Carve-In/Out project management - IT Infrastructure enhancement project management - Introduction of new standardized service ? Process Management - Process standardization - Process optimization ? Resource Management of System Administrators ? Risk and Compliance Management
[자격요건] ? Over 5 years experience in professional IT business fields ? Experience in IT Governance and Process Management is preferred. ? Comprehensive understanding of general business processes ? Comprehensive understanding and experience in IT service management based on ITIL standards ? Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English, including development and delivery of management presentation in English ? Problem solving skills based on logical and scientific reasoning ? Ability to continuously drive for results with effective change management and conflict management ? Strong working knowledge and troubleshooting capability for systems and networks such as; - Windows servers - Active Directory (GPO) and Exchange Server - Network (WAN, WLAN, VLAN, LAN, Cisco Router, Switch and Firewall) - Storage - Proxy Server - IBM Tivoli Backup Solution ? Planning capability for architecture design with structured manner ? Ability to justify cost spending in area of responsibility by providing tangible or intangible benefits ? Ability to manage the project and resources with timely manner ? Able to work under pressure ? Highly self-motivated attitude
