[담당업무]Service Sales Manager(IPT,IPCC 분야) - Manages the support process for the sale of complex/technical services. - Basically, It is for the Software business mostly in IPT/IPCC area. - Ensures that sales professionals and services associates can articulate various service offers. - Identifies opportunities in accounts to close sales. May also be called upon to develop and present sales proposals. - Can be used as an additional resource to the core sales force for sales support. - Responsible for incremental revenue generation, maintaining a current base of maintenance contracts, and reviewing of new service offerings and sales consultations. - Defines the goals and objectives of the immediate work unit. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. - Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems [자격요건] - 5+ years experience in telecommunication related company with 3+ years as SE, Sales(mind) or in Services related preferred. - Understanding of generic IPT, IPCC products and market trends - Good English communications (verbal) skills to freely escalate issues in teleconferences - Positive, self-motivated, team player
