1. Job Description Summary - At “GBU Industry”, we create forward looking and innovative industrial solutions using plant-based resources. - You will work closely with our customers in a shared vision to improve people well-being by taking care of Nature. - You will contribute to the success of our pioneering solutions, serving diverse market segments: - By replacing harmful chemicals like bisphenol A, - By creating new performance materials based on specialty molecules like isosorbide, delivering improved attributes valued in end-user segments such as automotive, packaging, electronics and other high-tech applications.
2. Your profile - Bachelor or Master degree in chemical engineering or in business - Minimum 5 years’ of commercial related experience, 3 of which in marketing - Strong knowledge in the field of specialty polymers (thermoplastics, thermosets and coatings) and their applications - Strong influence management, motivation, and engagement of indirect team members - Strong analytical skills, including understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools - Proven track record of establishing and following through on strategies and programs - Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence across cross-functional teams, including strong business writing skills - Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills; pro-active and creative problem solving abilities - Proficiency in English - Ready to travel at least 25% of working time
3. Working specification - Run the relevant market analysis to make sure Roquette is always aware of the key market trends. - Extend the market study to the understanding of the full value chain - Define Roquette’s offering and value proposition within your segment and ensure products and services are in place to support it - Feed and manage the innovation portfolio in your segment - Set market pricing guidelines - Identify and select prospects to strengthen your customer portfolio - Define your market segments communication and promotional plan - Bring your segment to the digitalization era - Propose Channel strategy to be validated with sales - Tailor and coordinate Global Marketing strategies and initiatives to regional and local needs to ensure local relevance - Have regular contacts with customers and market influencers - Have regular contacts with R&D/application teams both internally and at the customer - Prepare presentations and present at various senior management meetings, strategy meetings, orientation meetings, regional meetings, etc. - Develop and communicate the 5-year plan
