- Korean title; Chajang or Bujang class as sales manager
4) Career ; 10 years(around 40ages)
5) Part of continuity plan to ensure the timely preparation of changes in sales manager position.

2. Basic purpose
1) Develop new opportunities to assure the future growth in specialties and super specialties in
Korean food market
2) Achieve for VM targets
3) Report Korean market information in GBU
4) Manage customers and distributors
5) Support marketing in building the MTP for the Korean food market.

3. Required academic background, skills, and career
1) Major : Food engineering, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Chemical engineering or Chemistry
2) Career : work for min. 10 yrs. for food applications
3) Academic degree : a university graduate
4) Language skills : good at English (writing and speaking)
5) Computer skills : good at OA skills
6) Personalities : Objective driven, Strong ownership, potential leadership, strategic
thinking.

4. Working specification
1) New development for Sales Funnel Value
- Develop new customers and new applications
- Manage sales funnel conversion, etc.
2) Achieve for sales turnover and VM(Variable margin) targets
- Manage sales plans and orders of customers
- Manage selling prices with GBU considering market situation and market price, etc.
3) Report Korean market information to GBU
- Write visit report after customer visiting
- Report sales of distributors
- Report on Korean market information like market trend
- Manage market demand by customer in Pivotal, etc.
