- Responsible for service repairing, claiming and technical supporting
- Work closely with sales and product marketing team to drive quality improvement
- Improve spare part fulfillment
- Tracking the product quality and providing the analysis report
- Offer the service training and technical guidance to dealer & user
[자격요건]
- Bachelor degree of engineering machinery
- Minimal 3 year after service and management experience (better with hydraulic background)
- Capable of reading, writing and speaking English fluently
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analysis and summary skills
- Good Knowledge of ERP
