Position Title: Sr. Specialist, Product planning (Bidet & Non-Bidet part) Department: Novita Marketing Division: K&B, North East Asia Sector: K&B Asia Pacific Group K&B
BASIC FUNCTIONS
To make a plan and manage of full line-up both Bidet and Non-bidet products.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? To conduct market research such as overall status, trend and consumer insight. ? To conduct product research such as making a full line-up of released products including price by distribution channel and detail features. ? To manage product roadmap & product lifecycle to ensure Novita brand products are launched and ready for production on time. ? To find new category to enhance non-bidet category based on internal & external communication. ? To communicate consistently & frequently with R&D, manufacturing and sales to deliver high quality & well-designed (functional & user interface) products of Novita brand. ? Manage non-bidet products providing intercompany. ? To set pricing strategy and support to manage Pricing ACT. ? To manage annual Capital plan whole of Non-bidet category and support Bidet’s Capital plan ? Manage and set annual budget of marketing.

To maintain corresponding contacts with customers and consumers as well as OEM partners
EDUCATION
University degree, major in Trade and minor in Accounting.
