Quality Manager (차장급)
* Advance quality 30%,
* Quality assurance 70%
- Interfacing between Korea customers and Kostal overseas plants for new development & serial production management on automotive electronics and mechanical products
Main Responsibility
1. Assures manufacturing processes and completed products meet customer requirements.
2. PPAP/ISIR Approval
3. Testing & field investigation
4. Actively communicate with Korea OEM quality engineers. Build and maintain good relationship with Korea OEM
Responsibility Scope
1. Give suggestion about quality issue solution to internal management and suppliers. Timely deal with customer complaints and feedback to the company quality department.
2. Do deep quality analysis with related departments and promote the submission of 8D report when customer complaints happen.
3. Internal contact--- sales/production/quality department, feedback information and moni-tor the corrective action.
4. External contact--- customers.
5. Actively organize and participate the discussion of quality issue.

- 학력 : 대졸 이상 (4년)
(BS in Engineering Field)
- 경력 : 관련 경력 12년 ~ 15년
- 성별 : 무관
