[상세 업무 내용]
? Analyze customer PL / BS and KPI data to support business and help executive decision-making
? Work with Key account managers and site managers to interpret historic results and forecast future trends, market potential.
? Synthesize information from various sources to optimize sales force alignments.
? Development of Key Performance Indicators of organizational results and efficiencies
? Work with Operations team to develop and maintain dashboard and reports on an ongoing and consistent basis
? Perform ad hoc analysis as identified by senior management, which includes other key internal stakeholders
? Present and explain analysis to key stakeholders, field questions about results, and provide actionable recommendations
? Report monthly and quarterly variance analysis of budget .vs. actual, assumption verification
? Set up and maintain sound level of cost monitoring system and continuous resource allocation process
? Lead forecasting and budgeting process and coordinate communication.
? Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to present, articulate, and defend analyses, diplomatically, on a routine basis
[상세 업무 요구사항] ?
? Strong sales forecasting and working knowledge of budget preferred
? Advanced Excel skills required. MS Access or other database and Oracle skills preferred
? Prefer working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce.com) and analytical tools (e.g. Plato)
? Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast paced environment with minimal supervision
? Must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task projects
? Experience in the logistic services industry a benefit
? Majored an accounting or business administration and more than 7years of work experience in planning and accounting preferred
