- Manage and develop new customers and OEM’s in his/her responsible market
- Maximize and enhance the use of utilized business tools
- Work effectively with customers, promoting flexible solutions in their responsible markets
- Work effectively via cross communication to the internal department such as engineering& operation.
- Review the Terms & Conditions with the assigned legal company and internal Legal manager
- Keep studying to get the technical capability on Hydraulic & EM solutions.
- Report regularly to the Sales Manager on key customers & business performance
