[Main aim of job]
Quality assurance for Series products, including customer quality in series, process and purchased parts in the plant with regulatory, industry standards and interface of customer.
Communication with EA/QU and ZQU
[Specific duties and responsibilities]
1. Production Failure management: Leading problem solving for 0km from customer, internal process and supplier
2. Supplier Quality control: Managing supplier quality issues for series parts including overseas.
3. Quality system for plant (Series phase) : QMS, PFM, MSA, Statistical control and Internal 4M changes
4. Internal process and product audit : Regular audit and follow-up corrective actions
5. Plant Quality KPI management and reporting to regional and group QU: Establishment and measure for Target achievement.
6. Environment system : Acting as supporter for ISO14001 certification
7. Supervising Production launching for new project and 4M changes.
8. Reports and monitoring on the efficiency of the process, process system and the result, and ensures adherence to agreed quality during series production of INC plant.
9. Leading and Reporting Top Q; Coordinates with manufacturing and other internal department and customer to define and resolve product quality problems and reduce Q cost.
10. Leading development and provision of quality staffs.
