- To settle down the new business, establish strategy and plan for business
- Launching the new business and brands
- Add new brands for expanding the selection and variation
- Managing Sales, Operation & Marketing (communication with distributors and PR / AD agency)
- Sales Analysis & Market Research
- Volume of business: Add distributors, Special proposal & collaboration with brands
- Product training to all store staff
