[Overall Purpose of Job] Lead the business in the appointed Account. Handle all the commercial activities in the appointed Account. Support the other issues at customer side.
[Major Responsibilities] 1) Working with the engineer to serve the Korean customer, Mobis. 2) Cooperate with the Global team member (Include: Sales &Engineer) to create the new business in China 3) Cooperate with the engineer to learn the customer, competitor and self advantage in order to realize the sales target, which include the following aspects: a. take the full understanding for the key customer, include the organization structure, working process, the demand(existing & future) b. take the full understanding for the quality, service and price of the competitor c. Coordinate with team member internally in order to serve the customer better, include the engineer, project manager, QA, Logistic, Finance, internal sales d. Draft the sales long range plan in order to fulfill the sales target, include new business awarded, sales outlook of the current year.
[Key Competencies] ? Reasonable command of oral and written English. ? Knowledge of Local OEMs and Automotive industry ? Great coordinate and communication skills. ? Positive, delightful interpersonal skills. ? Experience of working with global OEMs will be plus. ? Strong customer / market insight.
[Education and Experience] ? A college or an equivalent degree in marketing or sales major related. ? Above 5 years’ experience in sales marketing for interial parts and especially in automotive industry.
