[담당업무]
Manufacturing engineer responsible for coil winding, overmolding and assembly & end of line test process, install new equipment, set-up/OPTIMIZE manufacturing process, production support and maintenance support for VFS assembly line
* Manufacturing process set up and improvement ? overmold, winding, assembly and electrical test for new product line
* Assembly line development and set up (welding, coil winding, over-molding and free flow assembly/test line with automation technique)
* Process development work with product team by influencing manufacture ability improvement
* Electrical test knowledge on end of line test
* Process optimization by DOE method of 6 sigma for welding and over-molding
* Control overmold die preventative maintenance
* Problem solving on production with quality & productivity issue(Overmold part)
* Team work experience on Kaizen project
* Training operator, maintenance, technicians for machine operation
[자격요건]
* Bachelor degree on Mechanical/Automotive Engineering
* 5~10yrs experience on manufacturing engineering focused on overmold process
* New product manufacturing install(4M)
* 자동화 조립라인 유경험(Free flow conveyor line)
* Fuctional Skills : FMEA, 6-sigma(DOE, DMAIC, Minitab), Kaizen
* 신차종 양산준비
* Change management
* Experience: 저항 용접, overmold 사출 set up, Coil winding machine, Electrical test(resistance, hi-pot, impedence), Air leak test
* 치공구 설계 & 설치, 자동화 조립장비 공정 설계
* English communication with global team by conference call
* Understanding of GD&T
