Basic FunctionS
Responsible for product planning, launch & category management as the one of main job in Marketing Department. Build up product strategy & roadmap for business in order to achieve target sales & improve profit. Drive product initiatives & product portfolio of Novita brand. Handle new product development & launch effectively corporate with team member effectively.
Specific responsibitities
Ø Product management
Ø Product range definition
Ø Product roadmap / lifecycle management
Ø New product launch & process handling (Documentation, Design, Print and Post evaluation)
Ø Pricing strategy and product line enhancement
Ø Coordination of quality & design improvement with R&D, manufacturing, and sales
Ø Market research
Ø Market situational analysis
Ø Competitor benchmarking analysis
Ø Consumer monitoring program
Ø Channel research ? direct visit / distributor meeting
Ø Ad-hoc project (OEM)
Ø Design / Print follow up
Ø Certification process
Relationship and contacts
Ø Directly reports to Marketing director - Novita Brand, Kohler Novita.
Ø Frequent communication links with internal & external
