[KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/JOB DESCRIPTION] - Responsible for increasing sales and gross margin of the business in line with objectives and strategic plan - To develop new business by identifying potential sales opportunities and by following up new leads and sample requests. - Integral part of the process which determines the strategy for the market areas for the next 1-3 years and communicates the plans back to the relevant parties. - - Manages territory priorities and appropriate routes to market. - Supports identification of new trends and markets which will impact future performance and requirements for the business - Provides commercial guidance on product support and new product developments which will impact future performance - To report promptly on business (e.g. call reports) in the designated market, identifying any threats or opportunities as they arise. - To gather data on market prices and competitor behaviour and feedback to the relevant Sales & marketing teams. - To visit customers in order to explain, promote and recommend Croda products within designated markets and regions
[ATTRIBUTE] a) Qualifications :-. Pharmacology/Chemistry/ Bio-Chemistry related degree. -. Technical background on pharmaceutical related company. (preferred researcher in LAB) -. Talent for Sales(Technical Sales). b) Experience : -. LAB researcher experiences preferred in pharma industry related companies. c) Language Skills : -.Fluent in English communication ( Speaking , listening & writing.)
