Global Operation Technology는 상품을 고객에게 지연 없이 전달 될 수 있도록 하는 조직입니다. 매일 최첨단 소프트웨어 기술을 이용해 고객의 주문을 받고 상품을 어느 창고에서 출고 시킬지, 포장을 하나의 박스 또는 여러 개로 나눌 것인지, 어떤 배송 루트를 선택하고 어떻게 고객에게 배송 상태를 보여줄지 결정하는 시스템과 서비스를 개발 합니다.

CS and C-Returns System
적극적 고객서비스를 바탕으로 고객의 목소리를 통해 끊임없이 고객 에게 서비스를 제공하고 Andon 메커니즘을 통해 고객의 목소리를 회사 전체와 공유합니다. 그리고 고객 문제 해결과 구매 이후 벌어질 수 있는 고객 문제를 사전에 예방하기 위한 시스템 개발을 통해 미래의 상황을 예측 합니다.
Tranportation System
TSP (Traveling Salesman Problem) 와 같은 CS 최적화 관리 문제를 다룹니다.
배송 물품의 실시간 추적, 3P 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 통합, 각 배송 루트에 할당되는 물량 예측하고 TSP의 최적화를 위한 빅데이터 수집 및 분석을 위한 시스템을 관리 합니다.
SCM Systems
쿠팡이 판매하거나 제공하는 모든 물품의 재고를 관리 합니다. 고객의 수요 예측, 재고 구매와 보충의 자동화, 구매 주문을 생성, 관리하고 공급처에 대한 정보 수집 및 가공, 회계 및 결제 시스템에 대한 재고 정보를 통합하는 시스템 관리를 통해 쿠팡 리테일 성장에 맞춘 효율적인 자동화 공급 체인을 구축 합니다.
Fulfillment Systems Tribe
모든 물류 센터 운영을 지원하기 위한 시스템을 개발하고 배송 예정일 제공과 주문 할당 등의 업무를 담당합니다. 팀은 소프트웨어 개발 엔지니어, 제품 담당자(PO), 기술 프로젝트 관리자/스크럼 마스터 및 데이터 과학자들로 구성되어 있으며, 출고 할당 시스템을 통해 모든 입출고 기능과 물류 진열을 담당하며 고객 주문을 특정 재고가 위치한 물류 창고로 할당해 차별화된 배송 서비스를 제공 합니다.
Global Operation Technology 에서는, 함께 전반적인 쿠팡 운용 관리 시스템을 구축 하고 쿠팡의 미래를 책임질 시스템을 구축 할 분들을 모십니다.
1. Mission :
Technical owner of an end-to-end product.
Work across team boundaries to drive delivery of complex projects.
Develop the Program milestones, monitor risk and manage program success.
2. Responsibilities
You are the technical owner of end-to-end project. You will own the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for technology programs or products within Coupang. Your area of influence may include a single technology team or multiple teams across the company. Your job is to apply best practices to accelerate progress, establish standards, and improve efficiency. You have expertise in applying technology to solve business problems. You continue to invest in learning the systems involved with your projects in depth while keeping the “big picture” in mind for the benefit of customers and stakeholders.

4. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management and Information Services or related field.
5 years of experience in project management, program management, solutions consulting, or professional services.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SW development experience in OO language
