You are the Leader of Finance for Fintech business at Coupang. Your role is to support and challenge the Head of Finteh Business to make the right decisions. You are accountable for developing a comprehensive set of financial analyses to measure the performance of the exisiting business, as well as developing financial models and assessing potential financial impact of new initiatives. You will also be expected to make new business model recommendations.
[Responsibilities]
- Running weekly and monthly reporting of Fintech business operations
- Leading contributor for quarterley board meeting materials and ither executive meeting materials, where Fintech business' preformanace/plan needs to be presented
- Where external growth opportunities are being considered, such as M&A of fintech startups
- Report to the CFO, and will workd closely with the leaders in Fintech Group as well as other leaders within the company
[Qualifications]
- 10+ years working experience in fiance planning/analysis ore related field
- Ability to derive business insight from financial analysis
- Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise way
- Ability to look at the big picture while mastering details
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment, managing several prioities
[Preferred]
- Previous company: Tech/Internet, Financial Institutions, Consulting, Investment Banking, Top Accounting Firms
- CFO or Financial Controller at startups
- ROP MBA programs
- Fluency in Korean and English
