> Capacity that can draws Issue Tree after grasping the correlation of various conditions
> Calculating required capacities of main elements and drawing the plan to secure the required capacities.

> Defining clearly main driver that affects business
> Forecasting variation directivity of main drivers according to rational hypothesis
> Planning flexible model that coping with variation of main hypothesis immediately
> Planning comprehensive model that reflecting correlation of various conditions organically
> Visualizing every condition to construct a simple and clear model that anyone can understand
ANALYSIS
> Defining every composers of business model in a single framework
> Departmentalizing component of business model by MECE(Mutually Exclusive and Collectively
BUDGET PLANNING
> Producing budget that is necessary for achieving business goal
> Producing unit cost according to business condition
> Raising accuracy of expense forecast through analyzing performance against plan
REPORT CREATION
> Drawing out report that transmits the necessary messages clearly based on numbers
> Capacity that operates Excel, Word, Powerpoint freely
Requirements
> Minimum 10+ years working experience in related field
> Graduated from undergraduate school
> FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) career (If not having previous work experience in consulting /
> FLUENT IN ENGLISH
- Preferred
> Graduated from foreign undergraduate school or graduate school
> Work experience in consulting / investment bank
