브랜드 디자인의 목표와 R&R을 설정하고 효율적으로 실행할 수 있도록 관리

[Qualifications]
4년제 학사 이상
디자인 경력 8년 이상
BX관련 업무(Identity design, Editorial design, Package design 등) 경력 5년 이상
팀 매니지먼트 경력 1년 이상
[Preferred]
직무 관련 수상 경력 우대
영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 우대

Responsibilities
Increase Coupang’s brand design quality to earn more customer trust
Maintain the corporate brand identify and develop it further
Define the brand design goals and R&R as team manager to effectively execute them
Hire and develop the top brand design talent as team manager
Qualifications
BA or higher degree(s) in the relevant major
8+ years of design-experience
5+ years of experience in BX works (identity/editorial/package design and etc.)
Min. 1 year experience in managing a team
Preferred
Any work-related awards will be positively counted in
English communication skill preferred
