Job Description
Coupang is seeking an exceptional product development leader to grow consumer subscription services on Coupang platform. The regular delivery/subscribe and save offering is one of the premium services offered on top of Coupang’s dense rocket delivery network. Hugely popular amongst Mom’s in Korea our services strive to offer exceptional value in terms of convenience and savings. Program is amongst the most important strategic initiatives for the Company.
At Coupang we are still at day-1 of consumer centric e-commerce. This is an exceptional opportunity to grow important strategic initiative in the company. You will craft a compelling vision to transform the subscription services into a generic repeat delivery platform. You will innovate to test variety of ways to tap repeat demand. You will internalize needs of an eCommerce consumer and use that to develop breakthrough ? simple yet delightful - customer experiences. You will partner with your technology peer to ruthlessly prioritize complex roadmap with a bias to deliver.
This an opportunity to run a full stack program with a clear P&L component. In addition to core product development, you will also partner with sales and in-stock operations to grow selection and manage inventory. Fulfillment teams will work with you to implement easy to leverage cost savings from predictable demand. It is a rapid clip growth program that brings opportunity to run a business unit beyond the core product operations.
[Requirements]
10+ years of experience in building Internet products with successive progression starting as an engineer
At-least 3+ years of demonstrated full lifecycle product management experience
Results-oriented ability to get things done in a fluid start-up environment with limited resources.
Strong quantitative analytical skills and a relentless attention to operating and usage metrics to identify opportunities for product optimization and business growth
Ability to move easily between high-level strategic thinking and take-charge management of day-to-day details; Equally comfortable with seeing the “big picture” and meticulously thinking through every interaction requirement of a consumer’s experience.
Sound ? are right a lot - business judgment, ability to influence and present at C-level, articulate and succinct business writing
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

Some understanding of consumer retail stock and fulfillment operations
Fluent in English and/or Korean and/or Chinese
