Leading on-line businesses such as Facebook, Uber, Air BnB, and Linked-in set up Growth Hancking Teams in order to support speedy growth of new businesses. The teams are dedicated to new business growth consisting of marketers, data analysts, and developers.
As a core member of “Growth Hacking team”, Growth Marketer should take the lead in executing marketing initiatives for new business growth. He/she should be equipped with capabilities of issue finding and creative problem solving skills based on data
Responsibilities
Marketing project management ? Growth Marketer will serve as a project owner of assigned marketing initiative and manage end-to-end processes such as key metrics, implementation schedule, and marketing budget planning. Marketing channel management ? To discover new marketing channel and outside partners based on marketing strategies and manage outside partners for smooth marketing activities by signing contracts and resolving various issues. Marketing quality control ? To show direction to outside partners by developing marketing concept. To review contents and continually improve marketing initiatives based on marketing analysis results done by Growth Analyst Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science and related technical discipline is required Minimum 5 years of full-time experience in marketing related job across all online-marketing topics including business or academic settings Should be capable of taking the lead of marketing project and execution capacity Must have industrial knowledge and working experience at retail, e-commerce, and related business Fluent in either Korean or English Job details
