[Responsibility]
Work with Head of Benchmarking and Audit to develop the short-term and long-term roadmap for Coupang’s Benchmarking Team.
Provide inputs to Benchmarking roadmap development.
Partner with senior business leaders across the company in developing benchmarking programs; communicating and following-up on actionable findings and implementation.
Design and implement standardized framework for benchmarking methodologies, procedures and deliverables.
Lead and guide staff members in planning, designing, and executing benchmarking programs across Coupang’s different line of business and functional areas; deliver results to senior management.
Dive deep and diagnose business processes, identify defects and improvement opportunities, provide future state recommendations and strategies, and validate process improvement effort.
Review and provide guidance on qualitative and quantitative analysis prepared by staff members.
Drive continuous improvements in Benchmarking Teams’ effectiveness and customer service level to business stakeholders.
Manage, guide and develop staff, junior team members
[Requirements]
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Quantitative Science or other related fields required. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, designing, leading, and executing benchmarking initiatives and projects. Experience in retail, e-commerce technology, supply chain management preferred.
Minimum 3 years of people management and team development experience.
Intermediate to Advanced level of data analytics tools, such as Excel, Access, Tableau. SQL skills a plus.
Fluent in Korean and English
