1. Mission
Lead product/brand strategy and operational plan development to deliver sustainable business results. Build effective partnership with internal and external key stakeholders/teams to realize business ambition
2. Responsibilities
Sales Development & Execution - Set up weekly/monthly sourcing/sales plan
- Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Target
Financial Management - Improve PPM% overall and per key brand/SKU (short-term & long-term)
- Develop and execute vendor funding plan
Key Brand Management - Operation planning (sourcing and margin management, supply planning & inventory management)
- Selection management: New selection, Phase in/out.
? Marketing and promotion management for the brands/products in charge
Market Intelligence - Competitor monitoring (both online and offline)
- Category and brand monitoring and analysis
3. Requirements
2~10 years of work experience with minimum 3-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferably in leading brand and/or retail chains Working experience in eCommerce is a BIG plus
