While deeply involving in a decision-making process, they are obligated to provide an innovative problem-solving enablement and explain how to drive a business success with analytics. [Responsibilities]
Develop metrics measuring inputs and outputs, in collaboration with team across multiple teams and senior management.
Provide root cause analysis affecting key business problems.
Work with intimal analytics teams to get access to required data and to drive requirements for the data platform.
Identify, design and champion innovative ways to positively impact our customers at scale.
[Qualifications]
At least 2 years of experience with advanced skill in using SQL is a must.
Intermediate to advanced skills in using Excel and Access is preferred.
Ability to understand multiple retail business models and their technical implementation.
Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with ambiguous problems.
Bachelor's degree majored in finance, technical, business, analytical or related majors. (mathematics, computer science/engineering, engineering, statistics, economics etc.)
Preferred relevant working experience in Retail/e-commerce/marketing.
Native or fluent in Korean language
