쿠팡의 UX Data Analyst는 사용자들이 우리 서비스에서 어떤 것을 원하고, 불편해하는지를 집요하게 분석합니다. 시기와 상황에 맞게 리서치 주제를 정하고 실행하여, 분석된 인사이트들을 실제 서비스에 반영하도록 프로덕트 매니저, 디자이너들과 끊임없이 커뮤니케이션하고 협업합니다. 또한, Senior UX Data Analyst는 비즈니스 흐름의 이해를 바탕으로 현재 우리에게 중요한 리서치 방향과 주제를 제안하고 실행하여 서비스 발전을 leading 합니다.
[Responsibilities]
E-commerce의 다양한 사용자들을 이해하고 분석하여 이를 통해 새로운 경험을 제안
비즈니스 문제를 데이터 분석을 통해 규명하고 해결 방향을 제시
문제 해결을 위해 빠르고 정확한 데이터 추출 및 insight 도출
주요 비즈니스 문제 해결을 위한 근본적 원인 분석
사용자의 경험을 이해할 수 있는 측정 지표 개발
[Qualifications]
최소 2년 이상의 데이터 분석 경력
SQL 중/상급 사용능력 필수
SQL (혹은 SCALA)과 통계 분석 프로그램 R, DB 관련 지식 이해
데이터 분석(수학, 컴퓨터공학, 통계, 경제학 등 관련 전공) 학사 학위

E-commerce/마케팅 혹은 관련 경력
리테일 비즈니스 모델 이해 및 기술적 실행 능력
영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
[Responsibilities]
Understand and analyze various types of users of E-Commerce, providing new experience
Identify business problems and solutions through data analysis
Extract data fast and accurately and drive insight to solve problems
Conduct root cause analysis to solve major business issues
Develop metrics that allow us to understand user experience
[Qualifications]
Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis
Mid/High level of SQL capability
Understand SQL (or SCALA) and R, having knowledge in DB
Bachelor’s degree in data analysis related majors such as mathematics, computer science, statistics, or economics
[Preferred]
Experiences in E-commerce/marketing or relevant area
Ability to understand Retail business model and carry out technical implementation
English communication skill
