쿠팡의 UX Designer는 쿠팡의 모든 서비스를 고객 중심으로 기획합니다. 쿠팡의 PC Web site, Mobile App, Back Office 등 고객이 접하는 모든 경험이 하나하나 최고의 경험이 될 수 있도록 기획하고 만들어 나갑니다. 서비스와 고객 사이의 경계선에 위치한 UX Designer는 고객의 니즈를 간파하여 보다 쉽고 편리한 쇼핑이 가능하도록 면밀히 분석하고 설계합니다. 또한 Usability Test와 각종 리서치를 기반으로 정확히 데이터를 분석하고 관련 부서와 긴밀히 협업하여 혁신적인 서비스를 만들어 나갑니다. 쿠팡의 디자인 팀은 새로운 도전과 변화를 즐기는 분, 창의적이면서 논리적으로 사고하시는 분, 실패를 반복하면서도 좌절하지 않고 성장하기 위해 꾸준히 학습하는 분을 기다립니다.
[Responsibilities]
고객을 중심에 두고, 사용 시나리오와 쉽고 직관적인 UX 제공
Insight 및 가설을 유형화하고 이를 검증하기 위한 Mock-Up 제작 및 검증
신규 서비스개발, UX 개선을 위한 User Scenario, Wireframe 작업
[Qualifications]
4년제 대학 졸업 이상 학위 소지자
시각, 멀티미디어, 산업디자인, HCI 등 관련 분야 전공자
UX Design 관련 분야 경력 8년 이상

국내외 주요 기업 / 스타트업 경력
e-commerce 프로젝트 수행 경험자

[Responsibilties]
Place the customer at the focus of design and concentrate the user scenario and visual factors to provide intuitive and simple design
Draw an insight based on the research of the project and define a hypothesis
Formalize insights and hypothesis and make a Mock-up to verify hypothesis
Experience in developing new service or Wireframe and User Scenario work to improve UX; User Scenario, Mobile App Wireframe, Mobile Web Wireframe, PC Web Wireframe
[Requirements]
Bachelor’s degree
Major in Visual Design, Multimedia Design, Industrial Design, HCI or related field
8 years+ experience in UX design or relevant sector
[Preferred]
IT / Start-up / E-commerce project experience
