Job description
Product Managers, so-called Product Owners at Coupang are mini-CEOs of product lines. They manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to implementation to maximize customers’ satisfaction. Working intimately with various operational units, they also develop and launch innovative products and services through highly data-driven critical thinking in cross-functional settings.

Minimum Requirements
> 5+ years of product experience in consumer internet
> Passion for customer experience with a strong attention to detail
> Strong analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to use customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up intuition
> Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing different audiences including senior management
> Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

> E-Commerce industry work experience
> Experience in designing and launching consumer facing mobile apps
> MBA or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
> Fluent in English and Korean

Minimum Requirements
> 3+ years of Product Management experience, eCommerce or B2B SaaS a plus
> Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented team
> Ability to communicate with C-level executives translating platform requirements into business needs
> Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
> Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results
> Demonstrated ability to manage, and prioritize multiple projects
> Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred in CS or related field
