Coupang's Head of Marketing Analytics obsesses over measurement and analysis of traffic and its value throughout all phases of visitor/customer lifecycle.
[Responsibilities] Create and refine measurement framework Formalize some insights and hypothesis and make a Mock-Up to verify hypothesis Oversee all traffic and awareness data and its utility throughout the organization
[Qualification] Degree(s) in Finance, Economics, business, analytics or other relevant discipline, MBA (PHD preferred). 8+ years hands-on Finance/Economics/traffic experience (P&L, product management, UX/analytics, website ops, merchandising, customer experience and strategy) Direct marketing experience is a plus but not required Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills Inspirational team leader with experience building high performing teams Experience leading and/or observing user research, Solid understanding of data relationships and the appropriate metrics that drive business value. Data-oriented approach to iterative design and testing (can logically think through implementation of test designs, and draw conclusions from results) Ability to excel as both a team lead and individual contributor
