[Responsibilities] - Drive decision-making at the center of search/advertising creative/customer engagement team and develop operational framework for rlevant teams - Maximize efficiency of marketing channels and services (Goal) - Drive enhancement and automation of marketing channels and services - Establish relevant plans to help meet corporate goals - Work with product owners and business analysts to define, test and validate product success criteria and help them manage product roadmaps and release lifecylces - Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to successfully analyze cause and effect relationships and provide actionable insights to tackle problems - Drive achievements towards marketing KPIs through increasing overall effectiveness of services and channels - Work with senior management and different teams to develop metrics to measure input and output - Identify and implement innovative ways to positively impact customers at scale
[Qualifications] - Experience and understanding in e-Commerce service, policy and market environment - Experience as a product analyst or product manager - Relevant experience in marketing search, creative tests and engagement - Bachelor's degree in majors related to finance, computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics and business management
