[Qualification] Degree(s) in Business, Psychology and/or Marketing. MBA preferred. 8+ years of CRM or related experience. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills Inspirational team leader with experience building high performing teams Experience working with development teams to design marketing platforms and systems. Solid understanding of data relationships and the appropriate metrics that drive business value Data-oriented approach to iterative design and testing (can logically think through implementation of test designs, and draw conclusions from results) Ability to excel as both a team lead and individual contributor
