Help Coupang achieve best-in- class customer experience and operational excellence by performing data analysis for Coupang’s benchmarking and internal audit teams.
Demonstrate quantitative and analytical skills, produce meaningful observations and communicate results to team members and senior leaders.
Become the subject matter expert of Coupang’s data warehouse environment.
[Responsibilities]
-Support Benchmarking and Internal Audit Teams by performing ad hoc data collection and data analysis.
-Create metrics for tracking team progress and performance.
-Develop tools for tracking issues and action items.
-Become the subject matter expert of Coupang’s datawarehouse environment.
-Demonstrate thorough understanding of relevant data sources, data structure, and various data reporting and analysis tools.
-Design training materials and conduct training for team members.
-Perform other support roles as needed.
[Qualifications]
-Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Science, Business, Finance, Economics or other related fields required.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis. Experience in retail, e-commerce technology, supply chain management preferred.
-Intermediate to Advanced level user of data analytics tools, such as Excel, Access, Tableau. SQL skills a plus.
-Fluent in both Korean and English.
