[Responsibilities]
- Responsible for identifying high impact science projects, and recruiting and
retaining a high-performing, motivated team to deliver on these projects.
- Lead and motivate a high performing group of data scientists and analysts
[Qualifications]
- MS or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research or a similar quantitative degree
- Minimum 5+ years of experience of managing Science teams in an engineering development environment
- 8+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain Optimization, Marketing Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Fraud Detection, Machine Learning, Image Processing
[Preferred]
- Experience using AWS and/or Hadoop
- Experience leading global teams
- Experience in the e-commerce industry
- Fluency in English is strongly preferred
