[Mobile Senior Product Manager]
Key Responsibilities
? Prepare and distribute reports summarizing the status of EA’s new businesses to stakeholders throughout EA, including top management and board of directors
? Expand and manage potential business partners
? Research and prepare presentations to assist country managers and other business owners in communicating EA’s breadth of business with potential partners
? Propose new mobile businesses to significantly increase installs and brand perception using strong analytical skills, modeling and forecasting
? Participate in the contract negotiation process for new business deals, ensuring that deals move smoothly through the legal process by working closely with EA’s legal counsel in Seattle and the relevant business owner in EA. Help prepare term sheets, and maintain a list of deal prospects
? Work with the product manager team on initiating new businesses, ensuring that product manager team can handle them by itself
? Report regularly analyses of Korea mobile games and market by playing current games, gathering and analyzing relevant industry news and reports, and building and maintaining a network of industry insiders
? Build and update list of analyzed business assets in EA for new businesses
? Review laws and regulations that might affect EA’s business in Korea, and stay on top of trends and new regulations as they evolve which may affect EA’s business in the future
? Proactively build relationships with other teams or managers across EA’s global organization in order to facilitate rapid escalation and resolution of business issues as they may come up
Requirements
? At least 3 years of experience in business development or product management in the game industry
? A strong passion for games
? Market network ? key talents, platform providers, channel partners
? Experience based understanding of Korean mobile market and users
? Strong analytical skills, modeling, forecasting and testing
? Ability to cultivate extensive network of contacts at all levels
? Strong negotiation skills and communication skills
? Results-oriented leader, entrepreneurial mindset
? Previous experience working with contracts, including negotiation. Comfortable dealing with English legal language
? Excellent communication skills, with high level of competency preparing reports and presentations
? Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule, as required by global stakeholders located in different regions
? Open-minded, collaborative and consensus driven approach
Preference
? At least 2 years of experience in mobile game business
