[담당업무] - Have direct interaction with client - gathering information and documenting information that will be used for Business Requirements and System Requirements - Receive, analyze, write, and convey customer requirements to development groups; Deliver appropriate documentation to all groups - Perform gap analysis between company products and client requirements - Implement customer requirements - Provide customer facing and client product acceptance support for during the product implementation phase
[자격요건] - Telecommunication background (Billing/Ordering) is must. - Very good knowledge and experience in UNIX - Very good knowledge and experience in SQL - XML, Shell-scripting experience - Experience in Database - Java and C++ knowledge - Advantage - Working experience in Telco and understanding the business is very important.
- BA in computers science - 4-6 years of experience in Telco area. - Good English
