[담당업무] SALES ENABLEMENT AND GCO UNIVERSITY MU LEAD ? Enablement Strategy. Executes on the enablement strategy for the market unit to build up the organization capability for key roles in Sales, Pre-Sales, Services, GPO, Cloud and Platform. MGTM, Industry Team and other key stakeholders. Manages/coordinates the overall Sales Enablement initiatives for the Market Unit for the COO. ? Organization Capability Development. Job profiling, workforce planning and modelling are key. The baseline data will be key to prioritize organization capability development and form the foundation for the enablement strategy for the market unit. This area will need to tap country HR Business Partner for collaboration and support.. ? Deployment of Role Based Learning and curriculum end to end.Define and plan sales enablement training curriculum based on role based learning. Designs, co-designs, or adapts learning for the market unit (including validation of training content on Value University Platform and other learning management systems). Manages end to end process for language translation if needed using in-house SMEs and SLS Translation Services. ? Close Collaboration with Global and APJ GCO University.Prioritizes and deploy key global and regional learning and organization development. Maintains close relation with APJ and Global Value University colleagues to keep up with global priorities, new initiatives and approaches and to locally replicate and adapt GCO University best practices. ? Develop and implement metrics for the Sales Enablement capacity. Develop and track key success metrics for learning and organization development in close partnership with country COO and APJ GCO University region team.
[자격요건] EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES ? University degree. ? Well versed in English. ? Knowledge of SAP organization, culture and priorities. ? Understands typical SAP sales processes and tools provided by business operations. ? Program Development and Delivery (including virtual and face-to-face facilitation of workshops). ? Superior capabilities in communication at all levels of the organization- creation, production and delivery and desire and willingness to train sales people to master their skills. ? Interpersonal skills: team player, proactive networking attributes, result and execution focused, high drive & self starter. ? Able to work in fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. ? Able to manage effectively in a complex matrix environment with professional virtual teams. ? Detail orientation and passion for continuously learning. ? Solid cross functional collaboration, strong project management and program management skills. ? Track record of high productivity and delivering results in highly ambiguous situations, startup or initial set up environments. WORK EXPERIENCE ? Minimum 6+ years experience in a Sales, PreSales,Bus Operations, Marketing, Sales Education role. ? Sales Strategy and Planning, Sales Enablement | Sales Education experiences will have an advantage. ? Track record of working across geographic boarders in APJ. ? Accustomed to workingin an international & intercultural environment.
