2) Routing feasibility review (PKG size and Stack-layer, Manufacture issue check and etc.)
3) New high-tech. review (Design, Material, Process, etc.)
4) OSAT communication & control
[자격요건]
- Design을 위한 Detail 검토 및 관리 능력
- Design schedule 관리 (야근 등)
- OSAT 소통 및 영어 커뮤니케이션
[우대사항]
- OSAT PKG substrate design 경험(3년 이상)
- High-speed IP review & design 경험 (DDR, LPDDR, SerDes, PCIe, etc.)
- PKG substrate EDA tool 사용 필수(Cadence APD, Siemens Xpedition integrator(xSI))
- PKG manufacturing process 경험 또는 이해도 필수
- Silicon interposer & Chip-let 경험자 우대
- Signal and power integrity 경험자 우대
