[포지션] - Manager, Industrial Service Center Korea (Reports to: Managing Director)
[Job Overview] As the head of our Industrial Service Center, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of service center operations, including maintenance, repair, customer service, logistics, and EHS compliance. Your primary goals are to ensure operational efficiency, high customer satisfaction, and strict adherence to environmental and safety standards.
[Responsibilities] - Operational Management: Oversee daily operations for Mechanical Shop, Lubrication Shop, Seal Shop, CoMo Shop to ensure effective resource management and deployment. - EHS Leadership: Implement and maintain robust EHS policies to ensure the service center operates in compliance with SKF Group policy and local environmental laws and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility. - Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop a team that includes technicians, customer service representatives, and other service staff. - Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers. - Quality and Standards Compliance: Monitor the quality of maintenance and repair services to uphold high standards and EHS compliance. - Performance Reporting: Analyze performance data and prepare reports on service center activities, including EHS performance, for senior management. - Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities for business development, service improvement, and EHS innovation.
[Qualifications] - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. - Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in service center, R&D center or industrial operations management, with substantial EHS responsibilities. - Preference for certified in relevant EHS disciplines (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist). - Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to manage and motivate diverse teams. - Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
