HSE Specialist (안전보건환경 관리자)
[담당업무]
1. Lead and manage the effective and efficient HSE services and support, and customer site HSE co-ordination services, for all organizations in South Korea
2. Develop and implement effective HSE systems and strong safety culture to support business objectives, including fulfilment of legal, customer and Group requirements,
3. Drive manager ownership and leadership of the system and culture
4. Drive employee participation in the system and culture
[자격요건]
- Relevant academic degree,
- A minimum of 5 years experience managing HSE in a similar environment,
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of multi-site ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 management systems standards and certifications, as well as Area legislation and standards within HSE.
- Experience of advanced incident investigation,
- Experience of managing and influencing positive changes in HSE performance,
- Results-orientation, leadership skills, experience in project and change management,
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, Teams,
