넬레스 (발멧 플로우콘트롤) 산업용 밸브 서비스 매니저
[담당업무]
• Work as a team with colleagues in Sales and Product Line(s) to propose value added services and solutions to existing and new potential customers.
• Accountable for South Korea Service business budget, Service Engineer(s) Utilization rate, P&L, policy recommendations and implementation.
• Maintain good relationships with key end users and maximize Flow Control Service Portfolio with end users on Shutdown Planning and Shutdown Management.
• Oversee and provide operational framework as well as guidance based on service strategy.
• Propose plans to improve service performance, through reviews of current performance and recommendations for improvements
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop service employee(s) to ensure performance meeting agreed service standards.
[자격요건]
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience
• Valve technical and application knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor and Engineering degree is preferred
• Multinational company experience is preferred
• Excellent level of communication skills and Sales skill
• Proficient MS-office skill
• Business English skill in intermediate level including reading, writing and speaking
• Focus on customer needs and satisfaction and sets high standards for quality and quantity; works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way; consistently achieves project goals.
