ㆍPrepare and support Compliance/Security audits for factories
ㆍActivate/Renew/Deactivate factories by following Buyer processes and control registration
ㆍMonitor and manage Compliance system of each factory through different methods
ㆍConduct Regular Internal Assessment as an auditor
ㆍTrain local CSR team/Korean management/Sub-cons regularly on CSR topics
ㆍEstablish Manuals of Compliance/Local law standards
ㆍCommunicate with Buyers/3rd party directly for Compliance issues and follow-up
ㆍMonitor and manage sustainability project of each factory
Sustainability
ㆍGathering data on environmental factors such as pollution levels, greenhouse gas emissions, and water quality
ㆍDeveloping plans to reduce the organization's carbon footprint through energy efficient program, recycling programs, and use of alternative energy sources
ㆍDeveloping and implementing educational programs about environmental issues, such as climate change of biodiversity loss
ㆍDeveloping and implementing programs that reduce waste from the organization's operations, including recycling programs, composting initiatives
ㆍConducting audits of company compliance with industry standards for environmental protection
ㆍDeveloping plans for the use of renewable energy sources, such as wind farms or solar panels
ㆍMonitoring the organization's compliance with environmental laws and regulations
