Main Business
- Development management plan establishment work.
- Trend Technology searching and R&D work.
- Introduction of new models (including all Running Change models).
- Market quality related work.
- Parts quality related work.
- Cost reduction related work.
[주요업무]
Bath appliances mechanical development management plan establishment work
R&D of new models (including Running Change models)
- Analysis of material cost and investment cost and evaluate ROI (Return on Investment).
- Tool design using 3D Tool (Creo preferred).
- Check progress of development progress and adherence.
- Fill in and proceed approval of BOM / Parts.
- Improvement of mass production problem.
- Design Mockup and sample production for sales support.
R&D quality related work
- Review of causes of market quality and establishment of measures.
- Check the improvement progress and schedule.
- Statistical skills are preferred (eg. 6 sigma)
Cost reduction related work
- Draw out cost reduction idea and establish execution plan.
- Establishing cost reduction targets, checking and applying cost reduction progress.
[자격요건]
BA+ in Mechanical engineering and related majors.
With a minimum of 1+ yrs., solid experience in R&D.
With a knowledge and solid experience in mechanical design (development and technology).
