Senior Staff Engineer
[주요직무]
- 기술 소싱 : 주방 및 욕실 등 생활 공간에 제품화 시킬 수 있는 기술을 소싱하는 업무
[상세직무]
1. Initiate & successfully complete Advanced Development in Kitchen & Bath, which includes feasibility check, test specifications, scheduling and cost estimates.
2. Technical search especially in the fields of air treatment, battery, additive material and/or
any others which can be future technologies in K&B products.
3. Updating industry trends and technology roadmaps which give direction to the K&B group.
4. Communication and co-work with other teams such as Marketing, NPD team, and others, for meeting the requirement of each team.
5. Feasibility check includes prototypes building and test, which can be conducted by co-work with technical partner and/or NPD teams and/or outsourcing.
6. Communication with Kohler legal team for any IPR issues.
[자격요건]
• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical, electronics and computer engineering or science is required.
• R&D experience : 5+ years in air treatment, battery, additive materials and other home appliances.
• 2+ years’ experience in product planning or similar areas is also required or preferred.
• Candidate must have proven record of corresponding projects.
